This role is responsible for our social media, blogs, email marketing and data analysis across multiple channels. You will be singularly responsible for fulfilling the content lifecycle across our blog, social and website from strategizing, to planning, to executing, to organizing and ultimately to analyzing performance.

The essential functions of this position are...

-Email Marketing | Working with our talented designer to co-create email marketing campaigns. Diving deep into the data to understand what best drives sales on the Klaviyo platform.

 - Social Media | Creating, curating and scheduling content for our social media, working with the creative team to develop assets when necessary; writing actionable, inspirational captions and maintaining an always on relationship with our customers through strong and impactful engagement.

-Affiliate Marketing | Developing and executing a best in class affiliate marketing program. 

-SEO Driven Blog Posts | Regularly bringing the Bim Bam Boo voice to life through 2-3 monthly blog posts covering topics including sustainability, skin health, low-waste living and the latest happenings at BBB HQ. 

-Community management| welcoming, engaging and holding conversations with future fans and current customers

-Keeping it Cohesive| Ensuring consistent voice and look and feel across all platforms. 

-Content Strategy | Planning, executing and publishing editorial calendar and necessary components.

-Partnerships | Developing partnerships with other brands, planning and executing giveaways

- Data Driven Decisions | Obsessively analyzing data to improve performance across email, social and our website. Uncovering insights that drive future content strategies.

  • You’re do-er, you take ownership and can see a project through completion without direct oversight
  • You’re a team player, but enjoy working independently

  • You’re empowered to invent new processes and systems

The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset... 

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to nail the Bim Bam Boo voice and tone across channels
  • A passion for data and the skills to unpack what drives sales
  • A keen eye and the ability to curate a flawless Instagram feed
  • Great communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate needs to our design team
  • Attention to detail, great organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ad manager and other data sources
  • Proficiency in creating original content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
  • Comfortable working with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with Planoly, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Link Tree are preferred
